Successfully completed  a course presented by American Institute of Real Estate Exchangors.  A Real Estate Exchange is an opportunity to Pay No Tax, and is  based on Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code.  This includes:

  • Capital Gains Tax
  • Recapture of Depreciation Expense
  • State Income Tax
