Laurie L. Kitchen

Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Having grown up in Orchard Park, and graduated from Orchard Park Central, I am very familiar with the Orchard Park area and surrounding towns.  I started in Real Estate after retiring from Western New York DDSO, Childrens Psychiatric Center and Buffalo Psychiatric Center.  My desire it to become your "Real Estate Resource for life."   This benefits you by always having someone to call with real estate questions.  If I don't know the answer to your question, my resources include over 100 years of Real Estate Experience in my office to assist in finding you the correct answer!

As your agent, if you'd like to sell your house, I would help you to determine the best price (market dictates this) along with the current comparisons of what has sold.  and I would stress to you.  If on the other hand you'd like to buy a house, as your buyer's agent, I will work hard for you also.  There are many 'tools' out there to assist us in finding the right house to make into your home (kitchen included)!

The best part of my life is my wonderful family including my precious grandchildren.  I enjoy skiing in the winter with them, traveling to warm places, especially on a cruise boat.  In the summer, I enjoy Buffalo weather.  Please feel free to contact me anytime.  Remember my desire is to be your 'Real Estate Resource for life!"
