  • Understand Your Wants Regarding Your Home Search (location, style, size, price) -  Determining which amenities and features you must have and which ones would be nice but not necessary.
  • Mortgage Pre-approval -  Helping my buyers with the mortgage process.  Determine how much house you can afford and what your monthly payments and closing cost will be.
  • Searching For Homes -  Sending my buyers the most up to date listings that meet their criteria.  Setting up the appointments and viewing properties.
  • Presenting an Offer -  Preparing the contract offer, negotiating the offer, distributing documentation to attornies, sellers, real estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
  • Inspection -  Set up, coordinate and interpret various inspections (radon, home inspection, septic, well, insect).
  • The Final Closing -  Coodinate all final closing documents - Homeowners insurance, utilities, final walk through.
