Rimada Realty Joins RealtyUSA

Clifton Park, NY – RealtyUSA is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement to merge Coldwell Banker Rimada Realty, Inc.’s Watertown and Carthage offices with RealtyUSA’s statewide operations effective June 1, 2014. Rimada Realty will continue to serve their local marketplace as they have for 31 years using the name RealtyUSA.

Joe Rizzo, Sr. owner/broker of Coldwell Banker Rimada Realty, Inc. said, “I have known Merle Whitehead for 30 years.  He is a man of integrity and knowledge.  I am impressed with RealtyUSA’s growth and direction in the marketplace.  From our initial meeting I was pleased to find that we shared the same business ethics and core values. I am excited to be able to offer our agents additional tools and resources and the opportunity to grow by participating in RealtyUSA’s many training programs.”

Sixty days ago Elliott Realty, with offices in Watertown and Henderson Harbor joined RealtyUSA.  The combination of Elliott Realty and Rimada Realty places RealtyUSA as the new market leader.  “RealtyUSA expressed an interest in further market growth when I joined and I am very happy that Joe and his team have joined the RealtyUSA family” said Bill Elliott.
